by ranyeen

Warren Christie has starred in three Christmas movies in the last four years, making him one of Hallmark Channel’s most sought-after holiday actors. It may surprise some fans to learn that his network debut occurred in 2008.

Alongside Brooke Burns and Henry Winkler, the 48-year-old actor made his Hallmark debut in The Most Wonderful Time of the Year.

A few years later, Christie starred in The Color Rain (2014), his second network project. He wasn’t back in the spotlight for a holiday movie until 2020. In “If I Only Had Christmas”, Christie starred alongside Candace Cameron Bure in a modern and festive adaptation of the Wizard of Oz fairy tale.

Holiday Road, a creative 2023 holiday film from Christie, follows nine strangers who, after getting stuck at the airport, decide to drive home to Denver in time for Christmas.

“While making a movie, I laughed more than I ever have!” Christie gave fans a sneak peek at the film via his Instagram Story before its November release. I hope you like it!

The Hallmark Channel will debut Holiday Road on Friday, November 24, at 8 p.m. ET.
